"The location is awesome - about 100 yards from the beach on a quiet, home-lined street. The layout of the house is a little funky; it seems like two homes were combined into one, but it works great for big groups. The bedrooms are all on the first floor, with two kitchens and living/dining rooms on the second floor. The game room is accessible from the back of the house, but we didn't use it at all."

"The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise.
