Nestled in the beautiful pines and rolling hills of Hochatown, Sweet Summer Rain is the ideal combination of modern luxury and peaceful relaxation. Because we are minutes away from restaurants, local activities, and state parks, you have many options on how to spend your day. The open concept, three bedroom, three and a half bath layout accommodates up to 10 people, making it the perfect retreat for families, friends, and couples.

As you walk into the main floor of the cabin, you are greeted by a full wall of windows and a 20 ft floor-to-ceiling rock fireplace. The living room gas-log fireplace is see through to the outside deck, which allows for an unobstructed view of the massive pine and hardwood trees surrounding the cabin. Also available in the living area are two cozy queen sleeper sofas and a 55” smart TV with cable and Roku. The dining area features a large dining table with seating for eight and a spacious raised bar that will seat four. Open to the living and dining area, the kitchen features dark knotty Alder wood cabinets, elegant granite countertops, black stainless appliances and comes fully equipped to cook most any meal. Two master bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with king-size mattresses, private full baths, gorgeous tile showers, and 40” TVs with Roku. You may also enjoy relaxing in the soaker tub available in the master bathroom. A full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided are available on the main floor for your convenience.

Upstairs you’ll find another king bedroom with 40” TV equipped with Roku, private full bath, and spacious tile shower. Adults and kids alike will find endless entertainment in the loft and game room, which consists of a pool table, 9 ft shuffleboard table, video arcade, pub table, and a 55” smart TV. Completing the upstairs area is a half bath off the game room.

Sweet Summer Rain also features spacious outdoor living and dining areas. Relax in the six person hot tub located on the covered back deck, sit and visit around the outdoor fireplace, or cook a delicious meal on the gas grill. The winding stairs off the back deck take you to the secluded backyard fire pit, where you can cook s’mores and gather with friends and family. A beautiful creek passes near the fire pit where kids love to play.
