Welcome to Storybrook—your modern 6-bedroom cabin tucked beside a gentle creek.

Relax in the private hot tub, gather on the spacious deck for a BBQ, or stream your favorites over fast Wi-Fi.

Sleep soundly in 17 comfy beds dressed in fresh linens, then wake to coffee in the fully stocked kitchen.

The Space:

Take in the lovely views through the floor to ceiling windows or relax in front of the beautiful stone fireplace.

The living area also features a large, flat-screen TV.

Downstairs houses two King Suites. Upstairs also houses two King Suites, and a large bunk room/game room with three triple bunks!

Maximum Occupancy: 17, (this includes all adults, children & infants) Overcrowding of the cabin is not allowed.

FREE WIFI to guests but we can not responsible for speed or reliability of internet service.

The property was very accommodating for our large group. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Outdoor space was beautiful and serene with the creek flowing while relaxing. Any issues we had were very minor and the management team responded promptly. We would most certainly stay here again.

Cleanliness could be better, bed sheets seem dirty on 2 rooms, ladybugs in the large room were very disturbing inside the bedsheets.

STEAR CLEAR!! The place was very poorly maintained and furniture outside was unusable. One of the chairs around the firepit was melted and I basically fell through the outdoor couch. There was no working internet and they blamed it on storms. We had to book another property and move all of our stuff one day into our trip didn’t they offered a refund of 200.

Interior of the cabin was great! Aggravated that there were no pot holders or kitchen towels to dry dishes. Exterior was a disaster. Exterior photos felt like a bait & switch. We weren't able enjoy the firepit due to chairs being broke. Porch furniture was on it's last leg & playground equipment was DANGEROUS - 2 missing slides along with open areas where small children can fall out. Not sure if this is a management or owner issue.

Pictures were misleading

I will start by saying the layout and the amount of people that could stay at the house was nice. Having the creek near by ended up being nice.The pictures that are posted are old pictures. The house is worn down.We arrived and the grass was growing tall between the gravel and the playground had two broken slides. The third slide was starting to crack near the supporting bolt. It was missing the kids swing as well.From here, I will list everything that was broken/went wrong:- outdoor furniture shredded.- The grill thermometer was broken, the grates seemed to have been replaced with the incorrect grates, and due to other part replacements, the grill did not heat evenly as it was missing internal components- Ran out of propane half way through grilling the family steaks- Shuffle board missing parts- Corn hole missing sand bags- All the pool sticks were broken. The pool table needed to be repairs as well.- upstairs furniture was stained and torn.- upstairs blinds were broken - Upstairs mini fridge was wobbly- down stairs freezer was light bulb was out- Trash can drawer was broken. We had to just remove the trash can so kids did not break it further.- all the outside lawn chars were cheaper plastic, so they were already broken- In the long grass, there was a huge hole where an access panel was of some sort, - The WIFI was TERRIBLE. I am running out of characters. There were a few more, but you get the idea. Management was informed.

Ok, but not great.

Location was great, and the cabin was spacious for our group, but there were several issues. Several of the pool sticks were broken, the outdoor furniture was torn up and stained, and host communication was very much lacking. We reached out about a few things (how to add an app to the Roku, and check out instructions) and never heard back. Probably would not book this property again.

Great location! House layout is great for big families

The house is worn, broken and missing items, sinks that didn’t work. I give it 3-stars for cleanliness, house needed a good vacuum! Plenty of room for a big family. If some updates were made and the house got a deep clean, I’d rent it again.

Relaxing creek

We have been to Broken Bow many times and always stay in a different house. This one was one of our favorites. All the bedrooms are the exact same which is nice and then the bunk room is on the opposite side. It has a nice open living room dinning and kitchen so you are together and can still communicate. The house had a few issues (from other renters that didn’t mention any issues that were caused by them or from previous renters) that we noticed the night we arrived after we went around and checked for any issues to let the host know right away. The response back was prompt. Maintenance was out first thing the next morning and took care of everything they could right then. The house was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The creek behind the house adds that special touch and makes it that much more relaxing when sitting on the patios or by the fire. We highly recommend staying here.

Excellent stay

It was one of the best vacation we had, place was clean organized and exactly like it was mentioned in the cabin description. We had some minor issues but it was handled very well by host. I recommend this place to stay with family or big groups.

Spring break getaway

Our family of 9 (including grandparents/aunt) stayed here for a week. It was a great stay! Home was clean and well-stocked, property is amazing, and communication with property manager was easy and they responded quickly and personably. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a group of families

This house was perfect for our group of four families with 9 children. Every person had a bed, and each bedroom has its own bathroom. We loved being next to the river and hunting all the rocks!

Great cabin—needs a few tweaks

Loved the cabin, location next to a creek, bedroom set up and fantastic bunk/game room. A few tweaks would make this place exceptional! King bedrooms only had one nightstand each—definitely need two! Rugs in bedrooms and throws on every bed would make the rooms feel lots cozier. Living room needed some side tables and lamps. And kitchen needs updated/larger sized pots and pans. Oh, and the fridge needs to be replaced—several shelves are missing and the ice maker/water dispenser did not work. We still really enjoyed our stay—those few tweaks would just take this rental to the next level.

The place at Storybrook was great and our entire family enjoyed our stay. There are so many things to do in Broken Bow and Hochatown that I couldn't count them. Storybrook was roomy and the best thing was the location. We were right next to a creek and it ran the whole time we were there. The kids were able to play in the creek and explore. The last day we were there, it rained hard and the creek was fast. It was great. The only thing we wished was better was the TV set up. Some of the remotes did not work and you needed a password to access the apps on the Roku. The pool table surface needs to be replaced also. Besides those things, it was awesome and we give it 5 stars.

Fun getaway

The property was great for our group’s needs. Loved the separate play area for the various aged kids we had with us. We had 8 adults and 7 children. So, the 5 1/2 bathrooms were a huge blessing. The creek was great for the kids to play in. The location was optimal to get us to all the places we needed in a short time. And it was far enough from the touristy traffic. Great stay and plan to go back very soon!
