A Little Toasty (formerly Barndito) is the perfect honeymoon-style studio cabin for your romantic Broken Bow getaway. This modern farmhouse design features unique touches like a wine refrigerator, custom swing bed, and electric fireplace with mood lighting. A Little Toasty is located on a seasonal creek lot in the Timber Creek Trails neighborhood and offers a good balance of convenient location and privacy for those looking to enjoy time at the lake or in Hochatown before coming back to the cabin for quiet relaxation.
A Little Toasty features a studio bedroom and one full bathroom white shiplap interior and tasteful modern farmhouse furnishings throughout. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room giving the cabin the ability to sleep up to 4 guests. The cabin is conveniently centrally located in Hochatown less than 5 minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and several other popular local attractions and restaurants.
Master Bedroom and Bathroom (sleeps 2) - The studio master bedroom features a king bed, two nightstands, and ceiling fan. The room opens to an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower with rainfall shower head, and laundry closet.
Indoor Living (sleeps 2) - Open floorplan with Smart HDTV, modern farmhouse dƩcor with splashes of Earth tones, indoor gas fireplace, queen-sized leather sleeper sofa, chair, record player, and foyer table with games.
Outdoor Living - The back deck includes a custom swing bed, electric fireplace with mood lighting, gas grill, and a hot tub. Step down the stairs for a little nighttime stargazing by the wood-burning fire pit and seasonal creek.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare and eat meals during your stay. In the kitchen you will find standard appliances including a gas stove top, wine refrigerator, island with barstool seating for 2, K-cup drip coffee maker, blender, full knife set, crock pot, can opener, toaster, grilling tools, ice maker, drinkware, flatware, and dishware.
General Information - This cabin is pet-friendly with payment of the pet fee and manager approval. Smart TVs are capable of accessing guests' personal subscription services. Full-size washer and dryer available in the master bathroom. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 4, no exceptions.
