Set on nearly 3 acres of wooded land, this secluded retreat is just minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake, yet feels worlds away. Surrounded by towering trees, the home feels peaceful and private—exactly the kind of setting so many people come to enjoy. A comfortable cabin designed for families, couples, and small groups to relax and reconnect. This is a pet friendly cabin, so we welcome your furry guests as well. Please see the end of this description for services you can add to your stay (early/late check in or out, and pet fees).

Welcoming Living Space
From the moment you arrive, the setting feels quiet and surrounded by nature. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows stretch across the front of the home, filling the interior with natural light throughout the day and bringing the surrounding woods right into view. Inside, natural wood walls run throughout the chalet, creating a cozy, inviting feel that carries from room to room.

The living room is the heart of the home, designed for gathering and slowing down. Comfortable seating makes it easy for everyone to relax together, whether you’re watching a movie, enjoying conversation, or simply unwinding after a day outdoors. A fireplace adds warmth in the evenings, making it the perfect place to settle in and feel at home.

Kitchen & Gathering Table
The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for ease and convenience, featuring stainless steel appliances and beautiful light wood cabinetry that adds a welcoming touch to the space. It’s well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including a coffee maker so you can enjoy your morning coffee together inside or out on the back porch while listening to the sounds of nature.

Just steps away, a beautiful wooden dining table serves as the natural gathering place of the home. Its simple design makes it the perfect spot to share meals, enjoy conversation, or spend time together.

Restful Sleeping Spaces
Miss Blue Bird and the Beaver comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a thoughtful layout designed for both privacy and connection.

Downstairs you’ll find two private bedrooms, each offering a calm and comfortable place to unwind after a day outdoors. The king bedroom features a cozy reading chair and a flat-screen TV, creating a relaxing space to settle in. The queen bedroom provides a comfortable setup for additional guests or family members.

These rooms share a hallway bathroom featuring a walk-in tiled shower with a built-in bench. For added convenience, the downstairs bathroom also includes a washer and dryer for easy access during your stay.

Loft Retreat & Game Space
Above the living space, an open loft overlooks the downstairs and serves as a cozy hangout area for both kids and adults. As you head upstairs, you’ll pass a wooden staircase and railing that ties into the cabin design.

The loft features a foosball table for friendly competition and a large flat-screen TV, making it an easy space to relax, unwind, and enjoy downtime together after a day of exploring. Upstairs, the open loft includes a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, along with a private bathroom featuring a soaking tub, offering a comfortable additional retreat within the home.

Outdoor Living & Relaxation
Step outside and the experience continues. A covered wrap-around porch offers a peaceful place to slow down—perfect for morning coffee, quiet moments, or simply taking in the peaceful surroundings.

A cozy fire pit is set among the trees, creating the perfect spot for s’mores under the stars and relaxed evenings together. Around the back deck, the private hot tub offers a peaceful escape, perfect for winding down in the evenings. A grill is also available for easy outdoor meals and enjoyable evenings together.

GUEST NOTES AND ADDED SERVICES:
P e t s : *There is a flat fee of $50/night if you are bringing pet(s). Pet limit is 2. Please reach out to us if you have a special request.
E A R L Y / L A T E: We may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out (2 additional hours) for $50 unless there is another reservation within 24 hours of your reservation. This must be requested and approved by your SkyRun host! We compensate our team additional funds for accommodating guest requests and coordinating their daily schedules and/or working after hours to help make this happen for our valued guests. Fee is collected after the reservation confirmation has been sent.
F i r e p l a c e s : Fireplaces are free to be enjoyed seasonally October 1st through April 30th. You are welcome to use the outdoor wood burning fire pit year round! No cooking or roasting marshmallows in any fireplaces, but please roast away on those wood burning fire pits! Tampering or turning on fireplaces outside of the seasonal window will result in fines.
WIFI AVAILABILITY: Wi-Fi is provided as a complimentary convenience for our guest; however, it is not considered an essential part of the rental. Refunds will not be issued for Wi-Fi-related issues including connectivity, speed, local outages, or accessibility.
