Important details to know:

🌟 We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up to date with short-term rental regulations.

🌟 Wheelchair inaccessible due to stairs between levels and at entrance

🌟 10 human max; we are not able to accommodate visitors who are not guests during the day due to the septic system capacity.

🌟 Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Enjoy the hot tub at your own risk.

🌟 No late checkout or early check-in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per each.

🌟 No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/ other things that are beyond our control.

🌟 Condiments, zip locks, firewood are NOT provided.

🌟 Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a $50 per day per dog fee paid. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $250 plus an additional cleaning fee and asked to leave the cabin immediately.

🌟 We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods. You may need to buy more if you're booking an extended stay!

🌟 We utilize noise monitoring and occupancy counter devices to ensure quiet hours and max guest rules are adhered to. If this stipulation is violated, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately and charged your full deposit for breach of contract. We understand that privacy is important to our guests and assure you that these tools do not record or store audio or information of any kind. They are implemented for guest safety.

🌟 For everyone's safety, gas fires are strictly prohibited inside or outside the property, except for the gas fireplace inside during the winter months (October 1 - April 30). Unauthorized fires, including candles, will result in a $100 charge, plus any damages incurred.

🌟 This cabin is located in the middle of a forest. Please note before making a reservation that mother nature and her loving family may make their presence known including reptiles, insects, wasps, spiders, snakes, bears, deer, just to name a few. The cabin is on strict pest control and cleaning regimen but yet the forest life may find a way to join you since you are visiting their habitat. We appreciate your understanding!

🌟 Please don't put the thermostate below 68 degrees because we’re in a rural community and if it freezes up, then we can’t guarantee it will be fixed during their stay. There are fans available to circulate air.
