The Grey Escape is custom designed to combine the cozy warmth of a forest retreat with modern chic style. It features large windows bringing in the beauty of nature and natural light throughout the cabin. Sitting on a large, private lot, The Grey Escape has three king-sized bedrooms and a spacious bunk room for the kids. Each king bedroom has its own en suite bathroom, and the bunk room has access to its own full bathroom with a bathtub for the little ones. This cabin is perfect for 1-3 families and sleeps a total of 10 guests.

Located less than a mile from ATV/UTV trails and less than ten minutes from restaurants, wineries and activities in Hochatown, The Grey Escape is a perfect year-round getaway. Watch your favorite team during fall football season on one of five smart HDTVs on the cabin's YouTube TV subscription, ideally from the breezeway while lounging next to the gas-burning fireplace. In the spring and winter months, breathe in fresh mountain air and roast s'mores while gathered around the fire pit surrounded by towering pines. Spend your summer days boating at beautiful Broken Bow Lake or kayaking at Beavers Bend State Park, then make the quick drive back to the cabin to recharge.

Living: Leather seating for 4-5 in the living room, Smart HDTV, gas fireplace, entertainment center with board games and cards.

Kitchen and Dining: Barstool seating for 4 at the island, dining table with seating for 6, Keurig Duo coffee maker, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, grilling tools, toaster, crock pot, blender, hand mixer.

Downstairs Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2) - This bedroom is located on the main side of the cabin. It features a king bed, two nightstands, table, Smart HDTV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upstairs Bunk Loft (sleeps 4) - The bunk loft is also located on the main side of the cabin. It features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds sleeping a total of 4 guests. There is also a large pillow bed and Smart HDTV. The bunk loft has access to a full bathroom in the downstairs hallway with tub/shower combo.

Downstairs Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2) - This bedroom is located on the opposite side of the breezeway. It features a king bed, two nightstands, table, Smart HDTV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Downstairs Bedroom #3 (sleeps 2) - This bedroom is located on the opposite side of the breezeway. It features a king bed, two nightstands, table, Smart HDTV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outdoor: The two sides of the cabin are connected by a breezeway with patio furniture, gas fireplace, Smart TV, gas grill, giant Jenga, washers, Hook21, and corn hole. The back yard space features a hot tub gazebo and fire pit with seating for 8 w/ outdoor lighting.

General Information: This is a pet-friendly cabin with payment of pet fee, maximum of two dogs. Full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry closet. WiFi and YouTube TV subscription provided. Flat circle drive for boat parking. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Please note that gas fireplaces are seasonally available during the cooler months of October-April. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 10, no exceptions.
