If you’re hosting a larger group or need extra room, consider reserving both Living Water Lodge and our neighboring cabin, Tributary Lodge, as a combined listing called The Haven—making it easy to secure both cabins with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Outside, you’ll find a built-in grilling station, two outdoor living areas with a fireplace, and a hot tub that invites you to unwind by the soothing sounds of the creek. Kids will love the custom play set and outdoor games, making this the perfect family retreat.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 2 dogs. A pet fee of $150 is required.

Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Casino, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.

We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We are thrilled to share our slice of nature with you! Because this home is nestled in the heart of the woods, please keep in mind that you are visiting a thriving ecosystem.
*** Wildlife: It is common to see deer, turkeys, and squirrels. Occasionally, larger wildlife like raccoons may pass through. Please keep all food indoors and dispose of trash in the secured bins provided.
*** The "Bug" Factor: We maintain a professional pest control schedule; however, the occasional spider, beetle, ladybug, wasp, or "woodland friend" may find their way inside, especially during rain or seasonal changes.
*** Pro Tip: Keeping doors and screens closed will help keep the great outdoors exactly where it belongs—outdoors!
