King’s Landing:
King’s Landing has everything you could dream of and more! This newly constructed 3,500 sq ft luxury cabin is located on 1.4 acres with the perfect outdoor space right on the pond and is ready to welcome up to 26 guests! Inside this two-story cabin, you will find 5 master bedrooms furnished with king beds. Three of the bedrooms have full bathrooms in suite and the other two have a shared bathroom between the rooms. The king beds provide cozy bedding and luxurious mattresses. The living area showcases a beautiful gas fireplace that extends from the floor to the ceiling and offers plenty of seating. It is equipped with a large couch, a queen sleeper sofa and two oversized chairs with an ottoman for everyone to cozy around the fire. Our fully equipped kitchen has a nice granite countertop and bar that extends across the island and offers seating for 5. The kitchen is fully loaded with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends.
The 2nd floor is where you will find the game room that boasts both a pool table and a 14’ shuffleboard table. There is a bar top table and stools, along with two luxury full sized futons that serve the dual purpose of lounging or extra beds. You can step out onto the massive balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the pond that King’s Landing has to offer. You’ll also find two bunk rooms, both offer three twin over twin beds, TV’s and a full bathroom to accommodate more guests.
You will be taken away by the breathtaking view of the pond as you relax on the massive back patio. Choose to either relax in the oversized luxurious hot tub with a built-in stereo, sit by the gas fireplace and enjoy the 55” TV or soak up the view in the oversized patio furniture. Rain or shine the patio provides the perfect escape to the outdoors! It is perfect space for family cookouts with patio tables and chairs for everyone to enjoy outdoor dining.
Walk off the back porch to our separate, covered grilling area equipped with a huge gas grill (propane provided) and charcoal grill. Friends can sit around on the outdoor barstools and watch their meals be prepared. Outdoors you can try your luck fishing in our pond, play a game of horseshoes, throw some bean bags into the corn hole toss or tryout our giant connect four. Our separate firepit is perfect for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows with plenty of seating for your family and friends. The little ones will enjoy playing on the lifetime adventure tower playset!
Should you decide to leave the cabin to see what all Hochatown has to offer, you will appreciate the proximity of all the area attractions to King’s Landing. We are conveniently located in the Pine Hill North Division.
If you’re bringing little ones, there is no need to pack a pack and play, highchair or baby gate. We are more than happy to provide them for you. We also provide two twin size rollaway beds for your use.
