The Driftwood is the newest luxury cabin in Lakewood Estates and was designed with an emphasis on bringing guests close to nature while providing all the warmth and comforts of a traditional cabin. This spacious 2 bedroom cabin features 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space complete with hot tub and 3 intimate fire place sitting areas.

The master bedroom on the second story overlooks the tree tops with its own private balcony equipped with a gas fireplace and plush seating area. The master is outfitted with a king size Sealy Posturepedic pillow top mattress, high end linens, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and 40 in LED TV. Next to the master you`ll find a cozy, yet large, loft equipped to sleep 4 with a king size sleeper sofa, custom day bed, twin sleeper love seat, and 55 in LED TV w/ DVD player. The loft features one of the best views in the house as it overlooks a 2 story wall of windows with the beautiful backdrop of the dense Quachita National Forest.

On the first floor you`ll find the living area, kitchen and the guest bedroom equipped with same king size bed, high end linens, and 40 inch LED TV as the master. The guest bedroom has its own outdoor seating area and private access from the bedroom to the 1,000 sq. ft. deck. Just outside the guest bedroom is a full bath equipped with granite counter, shower and tub combo with tiled walls and a large privacy window perfect for taking showers in the morning sun. The living room features a two story wall of windows, gas fireplace with sitting ledge, premium leather furniture, and a 50 inch LED TV with DVD player. Adjoined to the living room is a high end kitchen featuring a center island with seating for three, overhead ventilation hood, stainless steel appliances, beautiful handmade cabinets and granite counter tops.

Going outside you`ll not be disappointed! The Driftwood has a large covered patio area with a 6 person hot tub, large rock faced wood burning fireplace, and beautiful hand crafted furniture constructed from 8 inch cedar timber beams seating at least 5. In the open area of the uncovered deck you`ll find an outdoor dining table seating 6 perfect for outdoor family meals. There`s also a stainless steel gas powered grill for grilling outdoors. The driveway features a circle drive wide enough to pull a boat through.

Other amenities include a tank-less water heater which means you`ll never run out of hot water, walls insulated with 8 inches of solid foam - you`ll stay cool in summer and cozy in the winter, cable TV provided by direct TV, and wireless internet. Cabin is pet friendly with a fenced in dog pin accessible from the deck. Limit of two dogs 20 lbs. or less. Please note; no puppies, dogs must be kenneled when not supervised and house broken, and owners must bring kennels. Pets must be approved.

Minimum Renter Age: 21

Cedar Creek golf course is a wonderful state 18-hole course with views of Broken Bow Lake. And, Beavers Bend State Park is a wonderful park for a family outing of hiking, paddle boats, mini golf, and kayaking.

Canoe along the beautiful Mountain Fork River with rolling rapids west of Broken Bow about 20 minutes from the cabin.

Wine lovers can enjoy wine tasting and even bottling their own wine at the local Girls Gone Wine.

And, each restaurant near Lakewood Estates features excellent dining both indoors and outdoors with weekend entertainment.

Your entire family will surely enjoy the beautiful surroundings of southeast Oklahoma at The Driftwood Cabin.

The entire place is accessible plus 1,000 sq ft of outdoor living. 2 outdoor fireplaces (wood burning and gas), fire pit, 6 person hot tub, dining table, and high end patio furniture.

The cabin is wooded and secluded, but close to area attractions.

We are pet-friendly, but require a $75 per pet, pet fee - limit 2 and pets must be under 75lbs.

HOT TUB
1) Hot Tubs are drained and cleaned prior to each arrival and chemicals are added.
2) These cups of chlorine are provided for each night of your stay after the first night. Just empty into the tub and turn on the jets for a couple of minutes to circulate before you get in.
3) Please check the hot tub upon arrival and report any problems you may see.
4) The ONLY buttons you need to push are the Jets and possibly the lights button.
5) DO NOT put any bubbles, oils, etc in the hot tub.

Luxury Broken Bow Cabins (LBBC)

Our goal is to provide a relaxing, seamless stay while protecting the comfort of our guests and the care of these privately owned cabins. Please review the following information to help ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM

Guest support hours: Phone assistance is available until 7:00 PM. After this time, guests may still check in independently using the provided access code.

Check-out: 11:00 AM

Late departures may result in additional hourly charges. Early check-ins are not guaranteed.

Arrival Information

Detailed driving directions and access instructions will be sent prior to arrival and made available in the guest portal. Due to limited cellular service and unreliable GPS in the area, we strongly recommend printing or screenshotting directions before traveling.

Fireplaces & Firepits

Indoor propane fireplaces operate seasonally from October through January. Pilot lights will be on during this period.

Some fireplaces operate with a push button or timer (30/60/90 minutes). Others use a control knob—please follow posted instructions carefully.

Do not turn the control knob to “OFF,” as this will extinguish the pilot light.

Outdoor fireplace flames may be affected by wind and cannot be guaranteed.

All cabins include an outdoor firepit. Firewood is not provided, but may be purchased locally. Guests may use small deadwood found on the ground if it fits safely.

🚫 Firewood is not permitted in propane fireplaces (indoor or outdoor). Damage caused by misuse will be charged accordingly. LBBC cannot guarantee fireplace operation and refunds are not provided due to non-operational fireplaces.

House Care

Guests are responsible for maintaining reasonable cleanliness during their stay and leaving the cabin in good condition at departure. These are privately owned homes, and we ask that they be treated with care and respect.

Age Requirement

Guests must be 21 years of age or older to reserve.

Cabins are intended for families, couples, or adults 21+.

Unchaperoned groups or students under 21 are not permitted.

Valid exceptions may apply for couples (honeymoon, anniversary) with prior approval.

LBBC reserves the right to refuse service if policies are violated.

Acts of God & Service Interruptions

LBBC is not responsible for power, internet, or service outages caused by weather, rural infrastructure, or regional issues. Maintenance concerns will be addressed as promptly as possible based on technician availability. Refunds are not issued for such interruptions.

Pets

Select cabins are pet-friendly.

Non-refundable pet fee: $75 per pet, per stay

Maximum: Two dogs (where permitted)

Pets must be crated when unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply. Unauthorized pets or violation of no-pet policies may result in fees or eviction without refund.

Smoking

All cabins are non-smoking. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in additional cleaning fees. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly outdoors.

Hot Tubs

Please supervise children at all times.

No glass, food, oils, soaps, lotions, or bubbles are allowed.

Shower before and after use.

Do not sit or stand on hot tub covers.

Hot tubs are drained and sanitized after every guest. Damage may result in repair or replacement charges.

Trash

Please secure all trash in the outdoor receptacle. Wildlife is common in the area, and unsecured trash can attract animals. Trash service runs Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Firearms, Fireworks & Noise

Fireworks and discharging firearms are strictly prohibited on cabin properties. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior are not permitted and may result in eviction without refund.

Internet & TV Services

Internet and satellite services are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed. No refunds are issued for outages or service limitations.

Damages & Missing Items

Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items. Cabins are inspected before and after each stay. Charges may apply for excessive cleaning, damages, or missing inventory.

Maintenance & Service Calls

Please report non-emergency maintenance issues between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Emergency concerns should be reported immediately. Service calls resulting from guest oversight may be charged to the guest.

Lost & Found

LBBC is not responsible for items left behind. Shipping can be arranged upon request for a handling fee plus shipping costs.
