1400 SQ FT, 2 MASTER BEDROOM LUXURY CABIN/ON A CREEK/QUIET CUL DE SAC/MOUNTAIN VIEW/CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS

Simple Life is a LUXURY, 2 MASTER BEDROOM/2 MASTER BATHROOM CABIN nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, among tall pines and a seasonal creek with an unobstructed mountain view. Simple Life is the perfect setting for those that enjoy privacy and the outdoors. Simple Life features two master bedroom suites, king size beds, 40″ HDTV with Smart TV, and French doors to the outdoor deck. Each bath area has a tiled walk in shower, garden soaking tub, and double vanities with granite counter tops.

The spacious living and kitchen area features hand-crafted timber frame trusses and floor to ceiling windows. The living area offers a gas log fireplace, 55″ HDTV Smart TV, comfortable seating/lounging furniture with queen pull-out sofa. The open kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded appliances, granite counter tops and a farm-house style sink. A large working-island for meal preparation and social gathering completes the space.

The covered deck features comfortable seating areas, gas-log fireplace, 4 person hot-tub, and gas grill (propane provided). Simple Life offers plenty of space outdoors on a large lot with a seasonal creek. There is a fire pit to keep you warm while you enjoy the surrounding peaceful forest.

I’m a little late to write this…my sister and I stayed here over Christmas. Every detail was perfect right down to a very Christmas tree ! My recommendation is that if you are looking for a cabin in Hochatown, look no more. We certainly look forward to staying again at this awesome property!

The House was Amazing!! The owners made sure everything possible was in there that a quest would need!! The Hot Tub was just what we need and the house was so comfortable and we had a very relaxing stay.

The propane to the fireplaces didn’t work. And on our final day it rained and we couldn’t enjoy the patio fireplace. Overall, the house was comfortable and very well supplied for a long weekend stay! We loved the hot tub and large bath tubs for our kids.

We stayed for two nights. The cabin was beautiful. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are large and perfect. Loved having coffee every morning on the back porch. The bbq restaurant is right down the road. The drive through the parks was amazing. We didn’t hike this trip but will next trip. Definitely will be returning. Perfect place to stay.

The house was beautiful and except for a non-functioning fireplace which we were really looking forward to using on the back porch and one of the main reasons we chose this property, all else was great. The coffee pot stopped working and was replaced within a day. The road was almost unnavigable - thankfully we had a 4 wheel drive truck which allowed us to get in and out.

We loved everything about the cabin. Very cozy and close to all main attractions. Only advisement is that its probably not very accessible for a car. I had to put my truck in 4wd to get out of the driveway. Not a big deal if you know going into it

The house was awesome beautiful everything was great! The yard was all grown up weeds everywhere. The driveway was unbelievably horrible. Cannot believe that y’all would rent something out like that. I had a four-wheel-drive truck could barely get in and out of the driveway. I had my motorcycle with me it was near impossible to get out of the driveway. If somebody rented this house with a sports car, it would not be doable Rather than needing some driveway work and yardwork. We had an awesome time at your house. Everything was great and clean enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Thank you so much!

Excellent stay, love the place! Perfect floor plan. We come often. However, the road to get to the house has to be fixed. Had we brought our BMW it would have tore it up. You need to advise anyone going there about the road. You could also weedeat around the front to make it more attractive. Someone before us left a message that the can opener didn’t work, but apparently no one noticed their letter by the table.

Nice stay but needs deep cleaning. Road in is horrible.

Cabin is very nice and was stocked with all supplies one would need. It does however need better cleaning between visitors. We did find a cockroach in the bathroom. There was mold inside the washing machine, dirty dishes put away in the kitchen cabinet, and mold in the grates in the kitchen sink. Could use cleaning of the air vents as well. Wish we would have known how bad the wash out was on the gravel drive. It is rough on cars/suv. Would recommend a truck to get in.

Very nice property. Clean and well set up. We didn't need anything additional for a 6 day stay. I loved that the grill had a gas line to it so no worries about propane running out. The deck, grill, jacuzzi was very comfortable and nice. Kitchen was very well stocked and the coffee set up was a very nice touch. I did have a question for the host and they were very responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend this property. It's a great place for two couples as the bedrooms and bathrooms are identical.

Excellent, clean home!

This home was 100% what we expected based on the listing. It was spotless and had everything we could've needed during our long weekend. The home is nestled kinda below a hill so it definitely feels secluded and peaceful. It's a stones throw to town which was nice too! I had excellent communication with the owners , they were helpful when I had questions. We are in love with this area and when we come back, we will be staying at this gorgeous home again!

Simple Fun!

It’s a beautiful cabin & was well-suited for our family group. The Simple Life is very close to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State park (where we did tons of hiking) and the Talimena Scenic Byway (which is only an hour north).We mainly prepared meals at the cabin. The kitchen was very well stocked. We even grilled one night on the back patio. There are so many thoughtful details here!As others have mentioned, the roads in the neighborhood are pretty rough. We drive a Honda minivan, and it was difficult to navigate the washouts and pot holes. The road conditions should be included on the property listing.

Everything was really nice. Great accommodations with the exception on the road access. It is a very good thing we were in 4 wheel trucks. Our cars would have had a terrible time handling the very poor roads.
