"The staff were kind enough to listen to our concerns and get me in contact with the property owner. Our room was DIRTY, this includes urine in the toilet, hair that didn't belong to us on the floor and around the sink area, the toilet seat look like it had been scratched up by cats to the point you could see the metal lines in it, our tv on the wall was dirty, the microwave was dirty, they have this window seat with a cushion on it, IT WAS FIFLTY, the drawers up under them was dirty, If I needed...

"This was an older property. Maintained well, beds were alright, air conditioning worked well in our room. No breakfast, no frills, just a cheap place to stay for the night. If in the area we would stay again."

"They had no power when I checked in. I have POTS and can't tolerate the heat. I left to drive around for a bit and came back late evening to still no power. I had no choice but but to find lodging elsewhere before bedtime since they had no idea how long it would be out. I didn't stay even 1 night. I requested a refund 4 times (never heard back the first 3 times). Finally, I was told the owner refused to refund because it wasn't his/her fault their power was out. It wasn't my fault either.
