As Advertised

I stayed at this location with my sister and husband. The home is nicely decorated and the rooms are a nice size. The house had what we needed and the location was convenient with stores and restaurants near by. Jennifer was great and I would stay here again.

Jennifer was a great host, communicated instructions and questions answered in a timely manner. The home was neat and cozy, everything that we needed we had. Location as great for us as it was a few miles from family we were visiting and plenty of shops/groceries close by. We would consider this place to stay again when visiting OK.

Overall beautiful property, bigger than pictured and very clean. Downsides were the lock system did not work, while leaving the house we had to take valuable items with us and leave it unlocked. It did get fixed after 24 hours of being at the property. The backyard is pretty unkept if you are looking at spending time outside this would not be a great choice. No instructions were provided until midnight on the day of checkout for expectations of checking out/cleaning. The toilet in the master was running every 30/45 seconds, I did inform property manager and told her we were not bothered by it as there is a door that separates the bedroom and bathroom.Overall a good location and very clean however due to the slow communication and minimal backyard use I would most likely choose another property.

The inside was wonderful! Clean and cozy. Well equipped and perfect for visiting with family. The back yard was not dog-friendly as advertised, but that being said, when I contacted the host regarding the holes in the fence, she was immediately was on it! She had people come out and board up the fence and make the fence safe for my dogs. I was quite impressed!

Budget friendly stay in Broken Arrow. The beds were comfy and the towels were very soft! I felt like I had enough towels. The tubs and kitchen sink were clean! Appreciated the fans also.I will say The windows were unlocked when we got there, Iā€™m not sure the bathrooms have been mopped in a while, and the backyard was not able to be used. Killed a few spiders of different varieties; personally spiders donā€™t freak me out but some people it may. The layout of the step down living room is not great for my elderly in-laws. All in all, great stay! Quiet neighborhood. Hard to get a hotel room for 121 per night so I felt a 3 bedroom home was a decent deal! This is about 20 min from most everything so a good location also. The owner was super nice! They also did not give a whole crazy check out list like many vrbo hosts which I appreciated.

Affordable w/ All The Comforts of Home

Jennifer was a delightful and wonderful hostess! The property was very clean, staged/devorated with a lot of TLC, stocked with games, and all the linens you could possibly need ( and then some!!). The sunken living room was very spacious and inviting and had plenty of room for noir family of six to sit comfortably! Also very afforadable, for a tiny fee we were able to check in four hours early! It was truly a delight communicating with Jennifer. She was kind and easy to talk to, and she always answered promptly! Not only would I recommend staying there if in the Broken Arrow area, but I, myself, will definitely be staying there, if in need of a place while in BA!

good place to stay

Overall this was a good place to stay. The kitchen was nice, but the bathrooms didn't feel newly remodeled. One thing you can't see in the pictures is that the living room is sunken, so you need to really pay attention if you are clutzy like me as I almost wiped out multiple times. It's an easy ankle breaker if you don't pay attention. Loved that there were plenty of towels! You don't have access to the garage, which I wish I would have known ahead of time as I planned to leave all our gear in the car overnight which I couldn't do without a secure garage. Host is very responsive!

Great home!

This was a terrific get away for us. Found the inside just as described ā€“ simply lovely & grateful for the wifi codes. Thanks to Jennifer for getting hypo allergenic pillows & mattress for the master bedroom. Wow! We would definitely recommend this to other guests. We flew in for a wedding & it was perfect for our family. Thank you for making our stay so worry free!

Everything we expected

We are friends that are seperated by miles now and annually meet to spend the weekend together. The house was comfortable and the hosts were very quick to respond to our couple of questions. It was lovely.

The house was located in a convenient location near everything we needed in Broken Arrow. When we walked in, we were elated to find a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations in the house, so we felt right at home. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for our family. There were abundance of channels to watch on the tv when we were at the house. We would definitely stay again!

Covered all the bases!

The house was clean, decorated nicely, and in a location that allowed us easy access to the places we wanted to go in Tulsa. It had all the amenities we needed - even to cook Thanksgiving dinner there! Communicating with Jennifer was easy and her responses timely.
