The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly renovated, century-old barn. The original beams give the apartment a unique character. The apartment is 66 square meters and also features a 24-square-meter rooftop terrace.

The apartment includes a bathroom with shower, toilet, and sauna. The living room has a television and a pool table (80x160 cm).

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed and a single bed. The apartment has a separate entrance.
