"Great staff, unique location , excellent food , couple of small issues with the bathroom, quite a lot of limescale on the shower controls & adjacent tiles. Hot water in the basin took forever to even be lukewarm. Everything else up to scratch & would stay again ."

"I stayed here for one night with my daughter after a trip to Peppa Pig World, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful.
The staff were lovely, and there was so much to do. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, played ping-pong, explored the grounds, and even went on the zip line.
The most magical part was seeing the wild horses just a short walk away. Being right in the heart of the New Forest made it feel really special.
My daughter also loved the piano man and...

"We booked a two-night stay at The Montagu Arms to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, so this was a special occasion for us. I would first like to say that every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and professional throughout our stay.

"I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The value for money was excellent. I booked a family room for five of us (3 kids) - which in itself is unusual to be able to fit 5 in one room! - when we were visiting Paulton Park. "Lovely room - very welcoming having soothing music playing on the radio as we first went into the room. Staff all friendly and efficient - special shout out for Tanya on reception. Beautiful grounds with many tables, chairs, loungers, large parasols etc. Dinner menu very restrictive and food not a lot better than ordinary. Shame"
