- Beach less than 0.25 miles, shop and pub 3.5 miles
- Access to Thorns Beach is permitted between 10th July and 28th February, to protect nesting birds. Park Shore Beach (600m away) is accessible all year and a Vehicle permit is supplied
- The property is accessed via a long, unmade road, which may not be suitable for sports vehicles or those with low ground clearance
