"I paid extra for a room with a view of the ocean and I'm glad I did. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. The bed in room 13 was very comfortable. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, kettle in the room which was replenished every day. It's not an ultra-modern hotel but everything was spotlessly clean and in good condition. "The staff were helpful and the room was excellent - clean, well furnished, with good courtesy tray, easy to operate TV, an excellent shower in the bathroom. The only slight criticism was of the very limited choice of breakfast cereals - just rice krispies and coco-pops. Please offer muesli, Weetabix, shredded wheat etc. for those of us who prefer something more grown-up and fibrous !"

"Great location. Inflexible menu on the day so had to eat elsewhere no accommodation La were made for us. Clean room But many hairs in the bedding inbetween mattress protector or bottom sheet. Attention to detail would be worthwhile and signs on other guests doors to ask them to be mind full not letting doors slam in the morning would be helpful."

"Cozy hotel with very sympathetic and welcoming staff. It feels very much like home. The rooms are fine and clean. Their restaurant has a menu with good options for lunch and dinner. It does not have a lift, so, if carrying heavy luggage, it might be a little effort. The curtains in the bathroom could be a little thicker to make the shower experience more pleasant. Otherwise, I only have compliments on the quality of the premises, the service and the personnel. "

"I stayed on a business trip. The hotel was perfect. It was very comfortable and all of the staff I met were really great. The evening meal was delicious, as was the freshly made full fried breakfast. So much better in every way to the Premier Inns that I normally stay in for work. And….its on the beach so the best end to my long drive was having a beer looking at the sea. I don’t know if I’m going to be back down that way again, but if I am will definitely stay at this hotel."
