"All I can say is that; Hotel Celebrity is a good place to lodge.... Home away from home."

"Great view of the river and swans, good food, helpful staff."

"The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond when were stranded due to the storm and needed to extend our stay. The hotel was clean and facilities were perfect for our stay- thank you!"

"What a great hotel. Beautiful place with a great staff. We were on a business trip and loved staying there for the night. It was the best hotel we stayed in Europe so far!"

"Staff were friendly and very helpful, room was clean and the facilities in the room were good, breakfast options were good and the food was tasty. The gym and pool facilities were great with a wide variety of options for fitness. Overall would reccomend a stay here for sure."

"Very welcoming and efficient staff at reception, self check in also available. We stayed in a family double room with 2 large, comfortable beds. Tea and coffee available, but no biscuits though, and 2 glasses in the room but no water which was a little strange. Cleaners took away the rubbish and changed the towels but did not make the bed. No lounge to sit and relax in. Website mentioned restaurant being refurbed. No sign of this happening. Whole hotel is tired and needs complete overhaul. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Chairs by window also uncomfortable. Stayed just one night, not two due to the...

"Ok place to stay"

"We had no good experience. Reception staff would be extremely rude. Elevator only for luggage and it was broken, the front desk clerk ordered my husband to carry the luggage on the stairs. Small room. Bathroom stall extremely small. They charged £ 10 for a late check out at 1 pm (even with all the bad service and the elevator issue). This hotel should never be rated 4 stars at most 3 stars! We regret choosing this hotel! And the breakfast with very few options!"
