"This property is really a home from home but with gorgeous seaviews from every room. Immaculately clean and comfy beds. Well stocked kitchen and all surprisingly spacious. The area is great for walks, and cycling. There is a nice cliff walk to Joss Bay a really good beach. Broadstairs town centre is a 30 minute walk away Or a short drive. We enjoyed our stay and will be back."

"It is a lovely little cottage well equipped with comfy bedrooms and good bathrooms and in easy walking reach of several long and great beach walks. An easy 10min drive from Broadstairs which is a lovely beach side town with a lot of restaurants. I should imagine very busy in summer though. There is an internal spiral staircase up to the bedrooms, you need a bit of agility for these although there is also an external set of stairs that are easy enough. We had a lovely weekend with our dogs...

"Bedrooms are very comfortable. A lot of space downstairs with several typical British rooms. Perfect to accommodate family gatherings or parties of 10-11 with kids! Very well organized kitchen and nice outdoor furniture, large enough to eat outside and a bit of room to play as well for the kids. Nice squirrels around. BBQ fee is £25 extra. Perfect location, close to grocery shops: butcher round the corner, Co-Op opposite and 10 minute walk to the sea front. Playground area in Pierremont Hall...

"I’d definitely recommend the hotel. The keyless entry didn’t initially work, but the communication with the owner was quick and a new code was sent within minutes. The rooms were lovely and there was a good variety of teas and coffees available. I was worried not having check in would mean that the owners weren’t around, but they did help us figure out how to turn the air conditioning off. The location was fantastic and it wasn’t noisy in the rooms. "

"We had a great time at this bungalow. On arrival the accommodation was very clean, everything we needed, lots of quirky things with lots of games for our granddaughters. The bungalow is in a good position for walking if you wish to, also in a beautiful location. We would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"We stayed at this property for one night for an event in the area and without doubt the best we stayed in. This is a class let with no detail too small. Everything you could need at the property and a full breakfast was provided to meet every need. You won’t be disappointed if you stayed here and the owners who live next to the property were fab. "The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Very short walk into town with all of its amenities. Stone bay and its beach below the house. Lots of hot water. The TV aerial appeared to be out of the back of the TV so no terrestrial Television but there was Netflix. No obvious folder with instructions on how to work things or what to do when leaving short of put keys back in lockbox. Fortunately I am a seasoned self catering renter so took away the rubbish etc."

There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had."
