Great extended weekend. Great views and caught fish without having to leave the cove. Camp was very clean and host was very easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay here! The photos really don’t do the space justice. The home is large, with a huge kitchen and lots of counter space for multiple people to cook and work. The rooms are spacious and 3 of them have beautiful views to the lake. We booked the space to celebrate my grandparent in-law’s 90th birthday and were looking for a space that would be easy for those with limited motility. While there were lots of activities for us to enjoy, what was really wonderful was that our grandparents were also able to join and sit outside with us on the back porch. We’d definitely book again!

Everything is great about this place. So many amenities and stocked with anything you may have forgot. The view is gorgeous. Fun stay! Can’t wait to come back!!!

Vacation 2023

The view is fabulous, even from bedrooms. We had a great time swimming and relaxing on the deck. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Outstanding location on the lake with a beautiful view. Even with the lake being unusually low, it was an easy walk to the water's edge. Although we towed a 20' bass boat and fished other areas on the lake, I caught several nice bass (up to 3 pounds) right off the bank after seeing them surface to feed. The gas grill is a griddle and after using it a couple times I was so pleased with the results I decided to buy the griddle accessory for my Big Green Egg. We needed the break and relaxation and enjoyed every minute. The home offered much more than we expected, and the hosts made it very easy to be comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others or to stay there again.

Fabulous lake house

Great space. With 3 trucks and trailers there was plenty of room. Owners were very receptive and responsive. Highly recommend place to stay!

The view was great as promised. The inside of the house is very nice and has a very functional layout. A few minor fixes are needed here and there but the inside was clean. Our first day, the deck was dirty but the gardeners came on the second and blew it clean so we were able to enjoy it. The only thing I couldn’t give five stars to was the accuracy of the ad because some of the amenities it says it had are no longer available, just needs an update. We had a great time and would stay there again.

This property was excellent. Me and my family stayed here April 17-20th. Great fishing right outside the steps. The beds were very comfortable. The house is very Homey!! We will definitely be back! Thank you very much

Family Time

The home was beautifully done! It was a great and comfortable getaway for our family. The bathrooms were well done with huge showers and we loved the large kitchen island. The view was awesome and we even saw an otter enjoying his breakfast on the shore. Communication with owner was fantastic! We would definitely go again!

Beyond expectations

The treatment we received from the host even before we arrived was superb. As soon as the reservation was made they provided all the info we needed to make the process easier The house view was excellent but my only was we didn’t stay longer. The fishing was excellent bring live bait We will be back ! Thanks

Great experience!

We stayed at The View for my best friend's 50th birthday, and the house was absolutely perfect! They had literally everything you could possibly need and the host was very responsive. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed boating, fishing and paddle boarding. I highly recommend staying at The View if you're looking in this area. :)

A view from every room and a great family time location.

Our family of 12 celebrated Independence Day and had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, comfortable and meet our needs. The paddle boards were a big hit with our grandchildren! It was easy to docking our boat near the house. The sunsets were breathtaking! Definitely recommend this home and hopefully we have the opportunity to rent again.
