"Yes- the property was and is breathtakingly beautiful but what makes every stay amazing & unforgettable is how the staff is and at Casa Britona- they are exceptional! Hospitality and warmth with an attitude of "how can I help?" for every slight irk one might have during the booking process and stay, they emulate the "Mi casa, su casa" vibe at every step and every minute of the stay. Thankyou Mr. Lenny at booking and Amit at the property for making our short stay a memory of a lifetime."

"The Centennial House is very interesting and well decorated with antique furniture and objects, but the administration was delivered to a confused and inexperienced staff. The hotel has only 7 rooms and guests can be send to an "annex" about 1.5 km from the site, which has no relation to the Siolim House. It is a stripped and modern building. "Casa Anjuna is a gorgeous hidden gem of a spot. The rooms were luxurious, artsy and unique. Plenty of space to relax. I found the bed to be very comfortable. And the location in Anjuna is amazing."

"Everything about this place from check in to check out was amazing. The check in was seamless, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The two onsite restaurants are wonderful. The infinity pool and bar is perfect. We also got massages at the spa and Becky and Raziya were so professional. Valencia and the hotel staff were also wonderful. Highly recommend."

"The staff were more than helpful, the pool area was ok, the breakfast was the same everyday and at best average. The rooms were terrible, old with many defects, we had to move rooms, but the supposed upgrade was poor.
This hotel is most definitely not 4 star, possibly 2 star or 3 at a push, but that would be for the helpful staff.
