"Great welcoming service, good breakfast and nice large room. The best ‘family room’ I have ever stayed in. It was really spacious for a family of four, plenty of free floor space around all the beds.

"Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Wish we had stayed longer. It's the perfect picturesque English countryside inn and pub. The food, atmosphere, and staff were all perfect. They even have delicious vegan breakfast!"

"Large, very clean room. Comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with great shower. Nice toilet products to use. Plentiful, tea, coffee and biscuits provided as well as a small fridge with bottled water.
Attractive restaurant with a good range of menu options. Ate there 2 nights and the food was very good. Some excellent desserts too!

"We really liked this hotel a lot. We arrived late on Friday, after picking up my wife from the airport, but the reception staff were ready and waiting and when we decided to go to the bar for a nightcap, the bar staff were friendly and not rushed at all, even with only hand an hour till closing.
