Welcome to our home!

As a part-time and much-loved lived-in home, it's fully equipped with everything you need, is clean, and situated in a nice quiet street, enabling you to enjoy a peaceful visit.

Located close to the A4174 ring road between Bristol and Bath making our home a great base if you plan on visiting both locations.

Bristol Centre - Around 5 Miles. Travel time between 20 - 45 mins, depending on time of day.

Bath - Around 10 Miles. 25 - 45 Mins.

We've tried to provide everything you would need to enjoy a hassle-free visit, including plenty of kitchen equipment, spare bedding, towels, and access to storage space in the two bedrooms, which have kingsize beds! We'll also provide some toiletries: body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap.

There is a double sofa bed tucked in a cosy corner of the open-plan kitchen diner, meaning that this property can sleep a total of 6 guests if required. (Sofa bed is quite firm, though, and obviously doesn't have quite the same comfort levels as the king-size beds, so please bear this in mind when booking).

We'll also include fast Wi-Fi, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other channels.

We are also now pleased to be able to offer our 7.5KW EV Charger for any guests that may require this facility. Access to the charger will require a deposit and additional fees to cover the costs incurred.
