The house comprises of two and a half bathrooms, a charming patio garden, and a comfortable living room perfect for your next Airbnb stay! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, with parking.
The space
You can benefit from being Close to Bristol Parkway Station, MOD, UWE, Airbus, Aztec West, Cribbs Causeway, & Southmead Hospital. Our comforting property is perfect for a group of friends, family or professional contractors.

There are three bedrooms two of which can be divided into 4 single beds or three superking beds. The lounge has a sofa bed.

As you step inside, you'll notice the welcoming hallway which leads to the comfortable and inviting living room, complete with plush sofa bed, armchair, and a flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment. The space is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and warm accents, creating a relaxed and homely atmosphere. The living room also comprises of a dining area, featuring a large table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal with others.

Moving on to the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, and kettle. There's also plenty of cookware, dishware, and utensils available for your convenience.

The three bedrooms are located on the upper levels, 2 on the middle floor and 1 master bedroom on the top floor. Each bedroom has a comfortable large bed, soft linens, and ample closet space to store your belongings. The master bedroom has a super king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the middle floor bedrooms have 1 super king bed each. Two of the rooms can be divided into single beds.

The property features two bathrooms that are fully equipped with modern fixtures and amenities. There is also a toilet downstairs with fresh towels and toiletries provided for your convenience.

You have the entire 3 bedroom house to yourself.

All check-in instructions ( including the lock code) will be sent before your check-in.
Other things to note
The beds will be set up as 2 super king and 2 singles, please let me know if you would like another configuration.

We have a large double sofa bed in the living room but please do inform us if you will be using this so we can ensure enough bedding.

We have a no party policy as this is a terraced house with families either side.
