Enjoy complete privacy with exclusive access to the entire property. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchenette with an electric hob (no oven), microwave, and kettle—ideal for preparing hot drinks and light snacks. The modern bathroom includes a refreshing shower.
Upstairs, you'll find a cozy studio living area that doubles as a bedroom, complete with a comfortable double bed and a Smart TV for your entertainment. If you need extra sleeping space, spare bedding for the sofa bed is conveniently stored in the divan drawer.

Guest Access
Access the property via a grass track off Sheppard Road, with off-road parking available for one vehicle. Self check-in is easy using the key box located outside. You will receive your unique access code within 48 hours of your check-in date. The entire property is yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay—there are no shared spaces.
