* Large living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining table seating four, TV and large sofa which converts into a double bed. Sofa bed has a memory foam mattress combined with a 10cm topper and is much more comfortable than many.

* Large bedroom with two double beds, wardrobe, TV, large mirror and two bedside cabinets. Both beds have orthopaedic mattresses with extra pillows and bedding available in the wardrobe.

* Small but modern bathroom consisting of a toilet, towel radiator, walk-in shower and sink with mirror.

Access to the property is via the front door, with an easily accessible lockbox outside to gain entry.

Other things to note
The property has parking, but it's on-street and can very occasionally require a wait for a space.

The property is situated near to a main road and there is some traffic noise audible when in the living room, which could be problematic when sleeping on the sofa bed if you're very sensitive to traffic noise. The traffic is almost completely inaudible from the rear bedroom and very unlikely to cause issue.
