Welcome to our lovely 2 bedroom townhouse in a cosy 1640s character maisonette situated on the most historical street in Bristol - Christmas Steps, BS1.



Our townhouse is in the perfect central location with walking to Cabot Circus, the BRI and in an ideal location to all amenities.



The Space:

The apartment has plenty of character and you can see this that is broken up over the 3 floors of the art and restful home.



The first floor has both bedrooms, next one up is the kitchen/dining room and bathroom, and up on the top floor a lovely sitting room for you to relax in, with a big sofa and TV.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole property throughout your stay on Christmas Steps.



The Neighborhood:

This is one of the most historical streets in Central Bristol. It has small specialist shops, is a few minutes walk from all sites and attractions and is situated in the Bristol Arts Quarter.



Getting Around:

Everything is within a short walking distance from the flat.



All of the main bus routes run from the bottom of our street.



Bristol Temple Meads is a 12 minute walk.



There is space for 1 bike.



This property can be subject to noise during the university student term-time and also during festivals in the city centre. Unfortunately the council will not allow us to install double-glazing due to the listed nature of the building so please do be aware that noise in the city centre can be high at the mentioned times.



Other Things to Note:

As this is a very characteristic building, please be aware that there are steep stairs between the floors, and so if you are not able to climb stairs easily, this is probably not the space for your stay in Bristol, unfortunately.



Interaction with Guests:

Hopewell looks after my property for me while I am away and will be on hand for anything you need before, during and after your stay. They will provide a mobile number should there be any emergencies, and are always on the other end of an email.
