This was a very disappointing stay and, unfortunately, one I would strongly advise others to avoid.
The apartment was located on the third floor with no lift, which was not suitable for my situation. I am currently in Bristol caring for my daughter, who is unwell, and the stairs made the accommodation completely impractical.
On arrival, I also found the kitchen area poorly maintained—the fridge and worktops were not clean, which was unacceptable.
I raised my concerns immediately and informed the owners that I would not be able to stay due to the stairs. I was told that an alternative first-floor apartment across the road would be arranged. However, this never materialised.
Instead, a representative came and, rather dismissively, advised that if I was unhappy, I should simply check out and find somewhere else. There was no attempt to resolve the issue or offer meaningful support.
Overall, the experience was unprofessional, unaccommodating, and disappointing, particularly given the circumstances.
I would not recommend this property.
