"The Coastal Retreat is very cute inside. I love the way it is decorated. It was nice having the fans in the bedrooms, which were spacious enough. The kitchen was nice and spacious as well. The bathroom was nice, ,especially the shower head. I would not say that this home accommodates 6 people. We had 5 in our family. There is an ottoman that folds out as a “bed”, and bedding available for it, however the couch is on the slimmer side and I would not consider it for sleeping. The ottoman attached...

"The space is exactly as advertised. Bring sandals to go between the loft and the studio and to get out to the hot tub!The views from the hot tub were top notch. The studio doesn't have its own heating element and we found it a bit cold so we slept in the loft, but if you're going to need both keep that in mind. There isn't a dedicated spot to dry dishes either so know that. Overall we loved the location, the host was nice and communicated well with us. Thank you!"

Location is convenient but on a very steep hill so not really walkable and a challenge to pull in/ out of driveway with neighbors’s cars as close as possible to edges of driveway. I was only able to communicate with Expedia reps before check in. Tried reaching out with a question during stay but no answer."

"Nicely remodeled downstairs apartment. Very close to pier and beach. Breakfast and coffee places less than a block away. Golden soul wellness bar right next-door had smoothies and lent us a backgammon game! Nearby Thai food was good. The apartment was well priced and a great location. The only downside was the toddler upstairs that ran marathons which we could hear. But wasn’t a big problem "

"The hot tub was clean and warm Jets were spotty in terms of them working or not. The odor was a bit much at first, but I did get used to it quickly. It was not an issue. Having guests above you and being able to hear them walk around is important to be aware of, but was not an issue. Could be for others. Overall, great location for the price and very comfortable living space large bedroom, and bath make this a perfect couples retreat or small family."
