    Bulimba is a peaceful Brisbane suburb situated along the southern banks of the Brisbane River. A charming and breezy suburb though its peaceful atmosphere Bulimba has a lot going for it. From numerous chic cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and bars all mainly situated along Oxford St, Bulimba is a modest regional hub. Peppered with numerous parks, reserves, and a riverside walk experience the understated though vibrant Bulimba.
    House rules
    You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
    - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
    - No parties or antisocial behaviour
    - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
    - No pets are allowed in the property without approval
    - No smoking is allowed at any times
    - If you break something, please let us know

    - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

    Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
    - Please leave all beds unmade
    - Please clean up your dishes and put them away
    - In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
    - Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
    - Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

    - Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
    - We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started
    - This booking is protected with coverage for lost baggage and emergency medical expenses, provided by Travel Support with claim upto 500 AUD (T&C Applies). For more details reach out to Guest Support team post booking.
    Access description
    - The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 3 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.
    - There is one flight of stairs to access the property, not suitable for mobility issues
    - Facing the building, the access is on the left side of the building. There is an outdoor gate that gives access to the building. After entering the gate, take the first exit on the right. The front door is there. You’ll have access to the entire property when you stay here, so it will feel like your own home.

    The property is an 3-minute walk away from bus stops on Oxford St operating routes to Balmoral, Fortitude Valley, Morningside, City (Edward St) and City (King George Square). Meanwhile a Ferry Terminal at the end of Oxford St operates trips to Teneriffe.
