The hotel is in a good location close to the Story bridge. It is at the top of a very steep hill so it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
There is a very small gym (bike, rower, treadmill and a set of dumbbells) and a swimming pool but more like a plunge pool. There were only 2 sunbeds for all guests!
The room had a microwave and a fridge and these were useful. The bathroom would benefit from modernisation.
There were a lot of electrical sockets in the room but the ones in the kitchenette area didn't work.
As per other comments, although advertised as serviced apartments, this wasn't the case for us and we had to ask for clean towels.
We had Breakfast included, and were charged extra for a cup of hot chocolate although this was not mentioned at the time. Breakfast itself was continental as expected but was very limited both in terms of choice and quantity. We left very early on the last day but the hotel would not provide us with a breakfast box either on the morning or the day before.
The staff were all polite but not that knowledgeable on the local area and it felt like dealing with customers was an inconvenience as they were not very friendly.
