Escape to peaceful Taigum at this beautiful three-bedroom house on a quiet street. It’s a short drive from Brisbane’s northern natural attractions, including Cabbage Tree Creek, Nudgee Beach and numerous parks. It also has easy access to the Brisbane Bicentenary Sports and Entertainment Complex and regular trains to the Brisbane CBD. The house is a home away from home with spacious living and dining rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, three bathrooms, parking and a garden patio with outdoor dining.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply:
- No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am
- No parties or antisocial behaviour
- No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
- No pets are allowed in the property without approval
- No smoking is allowed at any times
- If you break something, please let us know
- To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
- Please leave all beds unmade
- Please clean up your dishes and put them away
- In case you have rearranged furniture, please put it back to the original location
- Please take out the rubbish and remember to use the right bins
- Please ensure all appliances, A/C and lights are off and doors and windows are closed

North Boondall Station is about 1.3 km away and has regular trains into the CBD in about 35 minutes. There are also bus stops along Muller Road with regular services into the CBD in about 40 minutes. You can also access surrounding suburbs using these trains and buses.

Great location and property, clean and tidy and easy process. Only thing we would suggest is to have split systems in each bedroom as it got quite hot and the ceiling fans weren’t quite enough. Would stay again and recommend!

Wheelie bins for townhouse was full. Overflowing.Floors were dirty on arrival needed a sweep. Looks like it had been used as party house before. With 6 people onsite for 4 days we had to take rubbish away ourselves. Marks on downstairs toilet wall near toilet paper holder looked like something i wouldn't want to touch. Also looked like someone had tripped on stairs and spilt drink on walls. Outside table layer of dust also. Location was perfect for what we were in Brisbane for. Great kitchen set up with pots, pans etc for self catering. Beds were comfortable.Listed as a house not a townhouse. Transparency as a townhouse would be good. Great location. But cleaning in between rentals needs attention.

Overall Nice, But a Few Issues

Overall a good stay! Bins were already full and had maggots coming out of them so that was unpleasant and made cleaning up an extra task. Location is very far out but expected when you look at the map of surroundings! Thanks for having us, it was clean inside and smelled lovely!
