Check-In / Out Times:
Please note that check-ins or outs are not permitted between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am.

Starter Supplies:
To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide essential starter supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. These are not intended to last your entire stay but should help you settle in without a rush to the supermarket. Mid-stay services are available upon request.

Same-Day Bookings:
We require at least one day's notice to arrange housekeeping and check-in. For last-minute bookings, especially if there's a departing guest, we may not be able to guarantee a 3 pm check-in. Guests with advance reservations have priority.

Early Check-In:
Standard check-in time is 3 pm. If you need earlier access, consider booking the night before, subject to availability. We appreciate your patience if a guest checks out on your arrival day, as we need time to prepare the place.

Late Check-Out:
Depending on our schedule, we may be able to accommodate a late check-out. Please contact us after 8 pm the night before your departure to confirm. For check-outs after 12 pm, an extra night's fee will apply, payable via the Airbnb Resolution Centre by the night before. Otherwise, check-out is at 10 am.

Key Collection:
Before booking, please note that the keys for this apartment are located 900m from the apartment building, which is a 4 minute drive or 10 minute walk. You will need to pick them up before heading to the apartment building.
