The Space: The property is in the South Brisbane, so everything is within walking distance, or if you don't want to walk, taking the bus or City cat is a great option. Surrounded by cool cafes, fine restaurants, art galleries museums, everything you need to live is right on your doorstep and our apartment is convenient to all these places: - South Brisbane Train station --- 100m (1 minute walk) - Southpoint South Bank --- 250m (4 minutes’ walk) - Woolworths Metro Southpoint --- 100m (1 minute walk) - South Brisbane Memorial Park ---160m (3 minutes’ walk) - South bank Parklands --- 800m (10 minutes’ walk) - Brisbane City --- 1km (10minutes’ walk) - lGA Grocery Store --- 350m (5 minutes’ walk)
- The Airtrain service from Brisbane Airport stops at the ground floor with trains to the Gold Coast and Brisbane suburbs from the same station. Major bus station located across the road, as well as Citycat and FREB kittycat ferry services which connect you to the CBD and surrounding suburbs.

The following items will be provided to you free of charge to get you started, and you can contact your housekeeper at any time during your stay if you have reasonable needs: - Bath towels x2, hand towels x2 and bathmats x1 - Body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap/soap Toilet paper rolls facial tissues - Sachets of coffee, sachets of tea, sugar - Laundry detergent/powder, dishwashing liquid/tablets, dishwashing sponge and tea towels

Other Things to Note: CHECK-IN: • In order for us to validate your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload or provide us with a copy of your ID (Australian driver license or passport) prior to your arrival. We will also require you to bring this ID with you for your chefck-in. - Check-in hours are from 2:00pm - 8:00pm - Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will provide you with the address for key pick-up on the check-in date - Early/late check-in will incur an additional fee, please contact the host for details.
EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT: - Check-out time is before 10:00am - Simply return your keys to the designated area of our apartment before you leave. - Without a swipe card, you will only have access to the main lobby on level 1, so if you park in the apartment parking lot, you can reach the parking lot via any of the other elevators in the nearby apartment complex - Late check-out is not allowed. There will be a $50 penalty for every 15 minutes of delay starting at our latest check-out time of 10:00am
LOST KEYS/KEY USE ASSISTANCE: - Lost keys will result in a $300 charge. Please always remember to take your keys with you when you leave the apartment - If you lock yourself out and ask your landlord for assistance, a fee of $80 will be charged between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm, and an additional $120 will be charged for any time beyond this period - If the landlord is unable to reach you, please contact a locksmith to handle your emergency at your own expense
LUGGAGE STORAGE: - For security reasons, no luggage may be stored before check-in or after check-out
POLICIES: - No smoking - any evidence of this will result in a $150 fine - No pets - any evidence will result in a $150 fine. - No parties or activities - any evidence will result in a $500 fine. - Exit cleaning only.
NOTES: - Please wash all cookware, dishes and utensils and clean up all trash to leave the place as you would normally find it - Additional $100 cleaning fees would incur if not completed - The onsite property management and reception are there for their guests only.
