"The room was a little tired, with the air-conditioning making strange noises, which meant it was a little cold. The balcony door wouldn't lock. The pool was good but overall I didn't feel like it was value for the money I paid."

"Poor online add showing incorrect travel time by car of 15 minutes to my event location. That was wrong . Took me 45 minutes which i easnt too happy about. "

"Boa estada. Como na maioria dos lugares, a limpeza é bem feita apenas nos lugares visíveis, mas basta uma olhada sob a cama para verificar que não vê limpeza há meses. Tampinhas de garrafa e muita poeira acumuladas."

"The condition of our 2 bedroom apartment was poor , old and run down. The kitchen was clean. The bathrooms were not kept well, showers dirty with scum and mould build up. There was also a terrible musty smell and I had to leave the doors open. The check-in service was great."

"Reasonable place for an overnight stay and nice and close to the heart of the Valley. I think next time it would have been good to know if there was any unexpected marches on the day, as the roads were blocked off, to plan for check outs - especially needing to catch a flight. Staff were friendly and helpful though."
