"Good sized one bedroom apartment with aircon, ceiling fans, a washer (must bring own detergent), a full sized fridge and hot/cold water dispenser. Booked it with mountain view but next plot of land is being developed for a mall. Not so noisy with balcony doors closed. It's located next to Lost World theme park (linked by sheltered walkway) and two fast food outlets across the road, but no local Asian eatery nearby. I'd been driving out to Bercham & elsewhere for local Asian food which was fine...

Waiters at steamboat dinner and breakfast were fantastic, so friendly but very professional , nothing was too much trouble. could not fault them in any way. Checkin/checkout staff lovely and welcoming. Concierge staff very helpful and welcoming. Hotel furnishings and atmosphere lovely. Enjoyed the games room and snooker table. "

"First time staying in this hotel. Pleasant to have earlier check-in at 1.30pm. The room size is comfortable for two. The toiletries are complete; with two bath towels provided. There will be perfect if face towels are also provided. The accommodation included breakfasts and night time hot spring tickets for two. We had spent whole day at the Lost World Theme Park. We had good sleeps in the hotel room after that. However, the sporadic WIFI required improvement. It was a pleasant experience...

"Lived our stay at this beautiful hotel. It was close to everything and we walked everywhere. A nice park across the street with a clock tower all lit up. Lots of dining options in the town and the food at the restaurant onsite was good too. Breakfast was plentiful. Small gripe…gym was small and no pool. "
