"Was here for a few days, the apartments were clean and had good facilities, although if you stay a few days, you'll need to ask for toilet paper or room service. My only negative was the front desk was often deserted, it was only on the last day I was told you could speak to the guard hut in that instance. The location is good, but you must have a car ! Buses and taxis are not easy to go by."

"Good sized one bedroom apartment with aircon, ceiling fans, a washer (must bring own detergent), a full sized fridge and hot/cold water dispenser. Booked it with mountain view but next plot of land is being developed for a mall. Not so noisy with balcony doors closed. It's located next to Lost World theme park (linked by sheltered walkway) and two fast food outlets across the road, but no local Asian eatery nearby. I'd been driving out to Bercham & elsewhere for local Asian food which was fine...

"We were there for one night. Apartment is huge and clean. Great location. No AC or fan in room but temp was cool and I don't think you need Ac in this city "

"我們是家庭旅遊，8個人4個臥室，有3間衛浴設備。房間、客廳的空間寬敞，廚房設備齊全。 但是，在晚上20～17度C，稍寒冷的金馬崙，熱水不熱～ 隔音非常槽糕，其他房客在走廊的聊天聲穿透房間～ 電視只有3個頻道，而且畫質不是很好～ 網路很難連上，連上後速度很慢，我們居住的樓層沒有網路，必須連接其他樓層靠近我們房間的網路⋯⋯⋯ 馬桶座墊很黑、馬桶的冲水壞了⋯⋯ 洗手槽漏水很慢⋯⋯ 吹風機只有一個⋯ 沒有浴巾、擦腳布、衣架不足⋯⋯！ 地下室停車場的出入通道很窄，很容易車子會擦撞到牆壁⋯"

"the property is good, but the receptionist is bad. i inform for late check in but they request me to cancel booking. I call but not answering. but, i still manage to arrive before receptionist close the counte on 8p.m.. iron at the receptionist counter. room is ok,clean.."
