"First, we didn't get any information about the hotel on arrival. We asked around to other staff members for what we wanted. The front desk staff member on arrival was not at all professional. I asked a question about something important and she told me not to worry about it. We didn't have any idea what amenities the hotel had without looking back onto their website and comments from others who stayed. "The room was clean. Outside seating was messy. Coffee maker had no lid for the craffe. Shower was hard to turn on. Good parking. Check in and check out no issues. For the price it was okay."

"We did a girl’s trip from Ottawa to Bragg Farms to photograph Indigo Buntings in the sunflower fields. We couldn’t have picked a better location. It was only 8 minutes away. We weren’t there very long, but it served our purpose perfectly. Thank you 😊"

"I would not recommend staying here, especially if traveling with children. The hallway/room smelled like marijuana. The tub was so dirty that I would not wash the children in and only stayed in the room long enough to make another booking. Area was not safe at night as well. Staff stated that they would confirm my concerns, however did not and I was unable to receive a refund. Very unhappy with the whole experience!"
