The Golden Bay Tiny House is a modern looking aluminium clad two storey tiny home.

It offers 32 SQM of floor space + deck. It features a dual wooden staircase (steep and open stairs) with storage, each ascending to a bedroom with skylight. This design is fully self-contained, with modern kitchen, bathroom, and all the amenities you need.

Filtered spring water, on an organic farm.
Use of infrared sauna and outdoor bath included.


Tiny house
Farm building - storage, washing machine, dryer, second toilet and shower, infrared, outside bath.

There is a nearby yurt that is not included as part of the rental facilities.


Please note, the design of the tiny house is with steep stairs up to the bedrooms.

There is a railing on one side only, but please be careful and be responsible for your own safety.

Not suitable for those with unsteady elderly, those with mobility issues or young children.

For those who can’t safely access the stairs, the couch downstairs is a single sofa bed. Single bedding is provided.

Please note the following for pets:
- Pets only allowed indoors when guests are present
- Pets not permitted on furniture or beds
- Pets not to be left alone inside the house when guests leave the property

The tiny house is an airtight building so needs to have a window left open for circulation and to remove condensation during your stay. One or two upstairs windows are ideal for this and can be safely left open while you are out.
