"You know when you go into the nursing home and you get hit in the face with that “nursing home smell“. That’s what you get here. My husband and I went for a fun little getaway vacation and stopped at this hotel. Talk about taking the romance right out of it with that smell. The room was stale and everything (walls/furniture) looked like it had been hit a few times with a wheelchair. There was not a warm blanket on the bed, just a sheet. "I have stayed at this property before. Don't believe I'll stay here again. The check in was fine and the room was clean. I know it is an older place but for the price point it was fine. Then tried to turn on the TV, it didnt work. It was 930 pm, so it wasnt much of a bother. After that, I started to look at other things. A shower that was confusing to operate, shoddy drywall repairs, no hangars on the closet rod, curtains that wouldn't close enough to block the very bright lights outside,...

"We arrived late and the code they provided was erroneous. We finally got into our room and there were few amenities. A tiny bath gel that wouldn’t have gotten both my husband and I through the two days there and no lotion! More importantly, no staff onsite after 5 pm and apparently there is an on call person who gave us the right code but we didn’t know that the person was on call for all issues. My shower in the evening was lukewarm and I didn’t report it because I didn’t think anyone would fix...

"Bed was comfortable. Pillows were too. The hot tub was nice but might have had way too much chlorine in it. People’s eyes, and mine too, were burning from just sitting in it. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but basically the same every morning. Sausage patties, egg patties, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, bagels and other bread items like English muffins, cereal, juice, coffee. I didn’t care for the coffee. The in room powder coffee creamer packets were really old and snapped apart...

"Quarto amplo e confortável, cafeteira, frigobar e microondas. Apesar de ser um quarto para fumantes não apresentava muito cheiro de cigarro. Banheiro limpo. Estávamos de passagem por Springfield/MO e o hotel nos atendeu muito bem na relação custo benefício. Tem estacionamento super prático. Boa localização com alguns restaurantes perto como o Steak’N Shake. Bom atendimento, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos. "

"Clean room. Easy parking. Excellent customer service. Hot water with solid water pressure in the showers. Microwave and fridge were nice and quiet. Large TV. Many channels. Beautiful and clean bathroom. White sheets. Fluffy pillows. Comfy bed. I had to leave early so I could not have breakfast, but the lobby area was clean with no visible debris."

My mom had to clean the drain in our sink because it would back up constantly. We took pics for proof. Id never spend my money there again. Way over priced for a dirty place with nothing to offer. Charged me $29 for a drink. Gotta pay for parking. My brother's room was dirty and used when they checked in They actually sent him up to a dirty...
