From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing is provided by local vendor and is intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.

Vaulted ceilings, amazing views, and a warm ambiance greet you at the door of this beautiful log home situated on a mountain stream near Brighton Resort. Construction is centered around large, gorgeous wood beams and quality craftsmanship is evident throughout this home. The great room features an immense stone fireplace and a wall of windows which allows for plenty of sunlight and uninterrupted views of the landscape. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a spacious kitchen, and a den/TV room downstairs.

MAIN LEVEL:
-Living Room- HUGE windows with unbeatable views, comfy couch and armchairs, TV, large gas perfect gathering area for your group off the slopes!

-Kitchen- Modern custom kitchen with all the necessary tools you need to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

-Dining Area- Plenty of space for up to 8 at the wooden dining table with a few extra seats at the kitchen counter!

-Primary Bedroom- King sized bed, a door out to the deck, TV, and a private full bathroom!

-Twins Bedroom- Spacious main level bedroom with two Twin beds and its own door to the common bathroom.

-Common Bathroom- Jack & Jill style bathroom with entry doors in the main hallway and twins bedroom.

LOFT:
-Office Space- A desk provides ample space for our working travelers, along with a birds-eye view of the main level.

DOWNSTAIRS:
-Den- Watch a movie with friends and family downstairs while sinking into the deep couches!

-Queen Bedroom- Downstairs queen bedroom with cozy linens.

-King Bedroom- Downstairs bedroom with king-sized bed.

-Laundry Room- Access to efficient washer/dryer with detergent provided! We also have an iron/ironing board in here.
