BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ
From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in between 4pm - 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 3 vehicles.

Winter Guided Arrival:
- At the request of the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Plan to check in between 4pm - 8pm at the latest. This will allow us to provide assistance if necessary and help to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.

Contemporary mountain retreat with breathtaking views of Mount Millicent. Nestled in a pine and aspen grove, this home offers privacy and the convenience of being just steps from the Milly Express lift! Our home features 30’ floor-to-ceiling windows in a large open living and dining area, 6 bedrooms with three en-suite bathrooms, as well as numerous amenities including 3 Roku-enabled TVs, hot tub, sauna, wraparound deck, gas grill, audio system, 2 washers/dryers, and WiFi. In-floor radiant heat throughout makes for a cozy return from the slopes! Sleds, games and puzzles are available for guest use.

PLEASE NOTE - this property has a studio apartment below the garage with a separate entrance that the owner sometimes uses for overnight stays. The parking spot in the garage on the far right is reserved for the owner and must be kept clear.

MAIN LEVEL:
-Living Room- Newly updated comfortable couches in front of a wood fireplace, as well as a reading/TV nook with 2 smaller couches. Relax and check out the awesome views of Brighton slopes from the huge windows!

-Dining Area- Dining table accommodates 8, while there are 3 more seats at the nearby counter.

-Kitchen- Beautifully updated kitchen with many tools to help you prepare your meals, including a crock pot and double oven!

UPSTAIRS:
-Primary Suite- HUGE primary suite with king bed and amazing views! Gas fireplace, lounge area, and TV, as well as luxurious primary bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower.

-King/King Bunkroom- Spacious bunk room with 2 king mattresses and ensuite full bathroom.

-King/King Bunkroom- King on bottom, queen on top, ensuite bathroom.

-Queen Bedroom/Upper Laundry Area- Queen bed in this 4th bedroom shares a space with the upstairs w/d. If you need to do nighttime laundry, there is another w/d downstairs!

DOWNSTAIRS:
-Entertainment Room- new large, cozy reclining couch, and huge Roku TV with DVD player.

-Queen Bedroom- Queen bed with private closet

-Queen Bedroom- Queen bed with closet and bookcase

-Sauna- Enjoy the pleasure of your own private steam sauna after a long day!

-Common Full Bathroom- Double sinks, large counterspace, and separate shower area.
