The Space:

Centrally located in Brighton, it’s perfect for exploring the city by foot—just a short stroll from the beach, Pier, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Or, if you prefer a quiet day in, the apartment offers a bright and inviting space to unwind.

The apartment is filled with natural light, thanks to its large bay window overlooking the sea, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed made up with fresh linens and a sofa bed suitable for an additional guest. Enjoy a cozy night in with the wall-mounted Smart TV, ideal for movie nights.

The bathroom is modern and fully tiled, featuring a great shower and stocked with plenty of guest towels and toiletries. In the fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to cook, including a pod coffee machine, microwave, and a selection of cookware, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Essentials like tea, coffee, and sugar are provided for a stress-free stay, and there’s a dining table for leisurely brunches.

With its charming details like a decorative fireplace (not in use) and wooden floors, the apartment has a welcoming character. The property is located on the second floor but due to the fantastic city centre location you may hear the hustle and bustle of the streets below.

The Neighborhood:
This magnificent flat located on the iconic St. James Street, just moments away from the seafront and the famous Brighton Palace Pier, it's the perfect place for a seaside break. The Kemptown area boasts a lively atmosphere, filled to the brim with quirky independent shops, cafes, and bars. This spot is also home to some of Brighton's best restaurants and pubs, just a short walk away. If you're a fan of live music, you're in luck - the sounds of creative artists can often be heard from the flat. Please note, if you're seeking a tranquil hideaway, this may not be the ideal spot for you. But if you crave the excitement of always bustling Brighton, this flat is an excellent choice.

The Brighton Centre is about a 10 minute walk along the seafront, and just a little further along is the i360, which is worth a visit on a clear day with its stunning panoramic views of Brighton and the coast.

The famous North Laine area just a 10 minute walk away, and is a hub of independent shops and eateries and an amazing spot for people watching. You can also explore The Lanes and get lost in the maze of winding streets, with its array of jewellery shops, cafes and pubs.

The Cultural Quarter which boasts Brighton Pavilion, Brighton Dome, the Museum & Art Gallery, and the Theatre Royal is also just a 10 minute stroll from our flat.

You are also close to a couple of supermarkets and a pharmacy.
