Step out onto the west-facing balcony to enjoy magnificent sea views while sipping your favourite refreshment. Just moments from the seafront & the vibrant promenade of shops, restaurants, and pubs, entertainment truly is at your doorstep!

The Space:
Sea View @ Oriental Place is a stunning one-bedroom, one-bathroom flat featuring a charming balcony that offers a beautiful view of the sea.

The bedroom boasts a cosy double bed perfect for a good night's sleep, as well as a large wardrobe and plenty of hanging space and drawers to store your clothes!  Unwind watching Netflix on the wall-mounted Smart television.

The bed is made with fresh, white linen, and we provide large bath and small hand towels, as well as complimentary guest toiletries.

The shower room features a sleek walk-in shower so you can feel fresh for your day exploring Brighton! There is a vanity cupboard, sink and WC.  

Complimentary guest toiletries are provided as well as access to an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.

Relax on the comfy sofa bed after enjoying a feast at the lovely dining table for 4. Step out of the gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows onto the west-facing balcony and savour the famous sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of your home!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment to themselves during their stay. Access details will be provided prior to your arrival.
Please note that there should not be noise in the outside areas after 9.30pm or before 8am, in consideration of the neighbours.

Your furry friends are welcome, with prior Owner approval.

The Neighborhood:
Everything you will want or need during your stay is within walking distance and you are surrounded by some beautiful architecture as well as the sea front for wonderful beach strolls. It's close to the sea with the iconic Brighton i360 viewing platform and West Pier.

Preston Street is THE food street in Brighton. Here you will find almost every type of international food as well as a few interesting bars. Some favourites are Bincho, Etci, China Garden and just round the corner - the famous Regency Restaurant. For bars try Oast, Gungho and Bar Medusa. If you are looking for a great traditional pub, try the Lion and Lobster around the corner!

You can easily access supermarkets and a pharmacy. Central Brighton - for shopping and entertainment is a few minute’s walk. Brighton Pier and the West Pier are easily accessible as are the Lanes and the North Laine for shopping and great independent shops and cafes.

Head east to Brighton and west to Hove - both offer great cafes, independent shops, lovely pubs and restaurants. You can simply sit and people watch for hours in either location.
