Central location 2 bedroom property near the beach

Newly refurbished two double bedroom apartment with private entrance is very centrally located in Brighton, but is very quiet and secure. 2 min walk to the beach at end of road and just around the corner from western road with loads of bars, pubs, restaurants, shops and supermarkets. The flat is cozy & has a great feel to it, It has fast 60+Mbps fiber internet & desks so you can holiday or work remotely when staying here! There is also a private outdoor secret couryard at the back!

This is my little holiday place near the sea, I use it myself to so its kitted out with all the things I think you may also like when staying, Smart TV with NetFlix, Prime Video & Chromecast, loads of board games, Retro Wii & XBox S console, decent pro hairdryers, iron, desks in each bedroom with a monitor if you want to connect your laptop & work remote, Fast fibre broadband wifi also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything if you want to cook including a large range cooker & microwave however there are so many good places to eat on your doorstep you may find yourself eating out or getting a takeaway!. The dining room table sits 6 people. There is a Nespresso coffee maker in the kitchen. Beach chairs and BBQ also provided.

The property is located on the lower ground floor with its own private entrance, Go down the front outside steps and there are two doors to enter the property. The main front door (Chub & green key) and then a second door of the porch (Silver key).

For security, both these doors only are covered by security cameras.

The property has a digital keysafe to allow for self-check-in, your unique access code will provided 24hrs prior to arrival.

Note due the stairs the property may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.

Pets - I accept pets on a case-by-case basis, pls message me details if wanting to bring pets.

Parking, I can also provide details on the best place to park locally (8.20 GBP per day).

Need early check-in or late checkout or anything else? Please message me we will always try to accommodate requests subject to availability.

Cleaning - My lovely cleaner will clean before each booking and leave out fresh towels.
