Welcome to your perfect coastal getaway! Nestled in the vibrant Kemptown neighbourhood, this stylish 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath flat offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Whether you’re here to explore the city or relax by the seaside, you’ll love being just moments from both!

Whether you’re here to unwind by the sea or immerse yourself in the buzzing city atmosphere, this flat is the perfect spot to call home for your Brighton getaway.


Guests will self-check into the property via a key safe for ease. Check in times are 15:00 - 21:00.

The location couldn’t be better — just moments from the main seafront, you'll have the beach right at your doorstep, ideal for those spontaneous seaside strolls.

Kemptown is known for its laid-back vibe and lovely cafes by the sea, where you can enjoy a coffee or breakfast while soaking in the coastal atmosphere. St. James and the vibrant Kemptown area are just a short walk away, offering a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and shops that cater to all tastes and budgets. For a little more adventure, take a five-minute walk to iconic landmarks like Brighton Pier, the Royal Pavilion, the world-famous Lanes, and the quirky North Laine, where you’ll find over 600 independent retailers offering everything from antiques to unique fashion finds.

With local events like the Brighton Festival, the Fringe Festival, Pride, and Party on the Beach just around the corner, you’ll be right in the heart of everything Brighton has to offer.


There is a few stairs leading up to the property and a lift, with stairs for emergency exit to access. The flat is on the second floor.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or sip your coffee while planning your day ahead.

With ample natural light pouring in throughout, the space feels airy and welcoming, creating a perfect retreat after a busy day. Whether you’re lounging on the comfy sofa, cooking up a storm, or just soaking in the surroundings, this flat is designed for relaxation and fun.

Enjoy a spacious and well-appointed full bathroom, featuring neutral decoration, over bath shower and large vanity with modern fixtures. The property also includes a half bath room. The convenient half-bath is perfect for guests to freshen up without waiting for the full bathroom, ideal for mornings when everyone’s getting ready.

We provide hotel quality bed linen and soft white fluffy towels for all guests. We also provide complimentary mini toiletries, tea & coffee portions.

With a designated paring space within the building your stay couldn’t get any simpler.


The property is easily accessible by both public transport and car, with the added convenience of a parking space for one car located within the flat's grounds, accessible through the secure metal gates.

The included parking space is located through height restricted entrance. We advise that the parking only be used for small - medium cars. If you have any parking queries please do contact us for further assistances.

The parking space width is approximately 205 cm (around 2.05 meters), which should comfortably fit most small-medium sized vehicles.

Please ensure your vehicle fits within this space to avoid any issues. If you have any concerns about your vehicle size or need further assistance, don't hesitate to reach out!

Gatwick Airport is a 40-minute drive away, making it a convenient option for those arriving or departing by air.

Getting around Kemptown, Brighton & Hove is simple. A taxi from Brighton Station to the flat will cost around £8, or you can enjoy a 15-minute walk. There are also numerous buses just a minute’s walk from the property, providing easy access to the heart of Brighton. Buses 1, 2, 7, and 37 all stop near St. James Street, with tickets priced from around £3 each way. If you plan to use the bus more than a few times, you can grab a bus saver from £5, offering unlimited travel for the day (Prices described are subject to change and are dictated by the bus companies. With the flat's central location, you’ll find that exploring Brighton and Hove on foot is an enjoyable and easy option, allowing you to take in all the sights at your own pace.


House rules:
- Over 25’s only (children are permitted with adults)
- No parties, or unauthorised guests
- Please be mindful of neighbours

Please note the hallway recently had a leak from the property above. The leak is now fixed however we need some time for the area to dry before the remedials take place. This does not effect anyone staying its just aesthetically a bit unsightly to the entrance hallway.
