"We were a family group gathering for my daughter’s 30th birthday. The property was fantastic and the lovely garden perfect for hosting a BBQ one evening. Nice walks nearby and obviously near to Brighton and Hove. The area is quite residential and felt very safe and relaxed. The owners were super helpful returning a delivery that arrived after we had left - going above and beyond. Thank you so much!"

"House is massive, brilliant for the amount of people you want to stay. Host is quick to respond. Did find some old food in cupboards and appliances but nothing too major! "

"Overall our stay was pleasant. Location is perfect for the beach and town. Parking is tricky and definitely for one very small car as stated. Well equipped clean kitchen, good fridge and freezer space, coffee machine was not working so that was disappointing, but overall very nice. The house is on five floors including roof terrace which is pleasant. The main en-suite bedroom is on the fourth floor which is a trek with your bags and make sure you don’t leave anything behind when you’re going out...

"Ben was a great and helpful host. The property generally was lovely but some of the sheets had stains on them and did not look like they were cleaned properly. One of the pull out sofa beds also seemed broken and would not come out properly.Nevertheless, was a great stay and felt comfortable."

"Hosts were very welcoming and lovely. The advertising of the room was very confusing, not mentioning that a host was actually on the premises, which make checking in very confusing. I expect better from Expedia."
