"Very nice property."

"We had wonderful weather and enjoyed being able to kayak on the lake. There is an area on the lake with thousands of Lilly Pads (which are protected). It's quite a sight to see. The grill works well. We did steaks and burgers on it. The kitchen has a huge island.. Very nice."

"We loved our stay here! Exceptionally clean, with comfortable beds, and a well equipped kitchen for our needs. It’s just a short walk to charming downtown Plymouth to take in restaurants, great markets, and the park. The neighborhood is lovely…quiet and homey. We were so happy to have found this! Communication with Bryon was great!It was just perfect!"

"Really nice place with great beds, bedding, and towels. We appreciated the extra room for our group. The coffee and tea were excellent additions. I slept in the front bedroom which was a little noisy with traffic. We went to the new brewery and had some snacks and drinks. The pretzel nuggets were good. The house is very close to the crowd at the bar. However, it closed at 11 so then it cleared out. "

"Very seamless check in. We visited for a concert and this was perfect! Would have been nice if we had more time to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. It was well stocked with anything you may need for your stay. If ever in town again we would stay again in a heartbeat! "

"Only 1 A/C unit making the apartment extremely warm, except for one room. Neighbor was screaming early morning at his girlfriend. Very clean, though. But not worth the cost. "

"The positives- nice neighborhood and excellent communications with owner. She was very responsive and gave recommendations for restaurants in the area. I felt it wasn’t super clean. The outdoor area definitely needs some tlc. We planned to use the sleeper sofa but it was full of crumbs and not at all a comfortable bed for an adult. The tv in bedroom did not work, but didn’t bother us too much as we were basically there to sleep. "

"We enjoyed the game room and the backyard. The keypad on the front door made access easy for everyone in our group. Parking was plentiful, the kitchen was well supplied. The big dining table was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks for hosting. Mary"

"Several (adult) family members were gathering to celebrate some family birthdays. The home met expectations and was clean. We didn’t use the hot tub but it was on and ready. We were there during a holiday weekend and messaging through the VRBO app was a bit slow but texting worked much better. Very nice suburban neighborhood and met one friendly neighbor who took pictures for us. We would definitely rent this property again."

"The property was very clean with all the amenities needed. Host was exceptionally responsive. Great location within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this property!"

"Great option for Ann Arbor. Easy check-in with door code. Fully equipped kitchen with K-cups for coffee convenience. Nice to have 2 full bathrooms. TV has an infinite amount of channels. Plenty of off street parking. We did not use the gas grill but it was available. Kids loved park with playground equipment and basketball court about 50 yards from the house."

"We were in town for our daughter's white coat ceremony for medical school. We were only 12 minutes from all the activities on campus, but the house was like a quiet oasis to retreat to afterwards. The host has thought of everything you could need. Check in was a breeze. Host was very communicative. I highly recommend this property! "
