6 Blue Wren Close, Bright

Cadence at Bright is luxury accommodation in one of the best locations in Bright. Overlooking the Rail Trail with a magnificent view to the north, Cadence is only 600m and a short stroll to the cafes, restaurants and shops. This contemporary light-filled house is fitted out with high quality furnishings and inclusions to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. WiFi is provided at this property.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate Group).

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
Bedroom 1 - King Bed, large walk in robe and ensuite with fully tiled shower and bath. HD LED TV and direct access to balcony via glass doors.
Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed and built in wardrobe
Bedroom 3 - 2 x Single Beds and built in wardrobe

All beds are complete with quality mattresses on timber frames, bedside tables/lamps and ceiling fans, split system heating/cooling. The electric blankets are a welcome inclusion during the colder months.

All towels and linen are included.

KITCHEN & DINING
Nothing has been forgotten when fitting out this kitchen and includes a Miele oven with an induction cooktop, microwave and dishwasher, slow cooker, rice cooker & sandwich press. Quality cookware and an extensive range of cutlery and crockery are provided for you and your guests should you decide to entertain or even do some baking. The large fridge is perfect for storing all your treats and extras.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The large king lounge suite provides seating for everyone with ample coffee tables and even one big enough for large holiday jigsaw puzzles. The HD LED Television is complimented by a Blu-ray DVD player with a variety of books, board games cards and puzzles to keep everyone entertained plus WiFi is available at Cadence along with a mini sound system.
There is dining for 8 people both inside and outside on the balcony.

HEATING & COOLING
There is a reverse cycle unit in the lounge, the master bedroom and other 2 bedrooms as well as ceiling fans throughout help distribute the warm or cool air around the house.

BATHROOM
Large fully tiled shower and two heated towel rails; IXL Tastic Heat Lamps and a separate toilet with hand basin.

LAUNDRY
All your laundry needs are covered with a front loader washing machine, basket, clothes hamper and pegs. There is a large external clothes line as well as a dryer on site to use during inclement weather. The exhaust fan aids drying of wet clothing and the drying rack can be used for overnight drying in the house. Standard items such as iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mops and buckets are also included.

OUTSIDE
The north facing deck provides table and chairs for 8 along with an electric barbeque and retractable awning with access from both the living room and master bedroom.
Cadence at Bright now also offers a free of charge Electric Vehicle charger in the carport.
In addition to off street parking for two cars, the owners have provided a lockable storage room with hangers for your bikes and skis. (Please note bikes not provided - BYO bikes). Thoughtful inclusions such as a bike work stand, track pump, bike cleaning brushes, citrus degreaser, allen keys & pedal spanner.

The property was honestly perfect. Very well appointed with heating in every room including heated towel racks and electric blankets. As a family of five with 3 kids, the one-level house was really easy to live in, the kitchen had every appliance you could think of! Great walk to and from the main street, beautiful outlook to the mountains opposite - you can watch gorgeous sunsets. We had the best holiday. Highly recommend.

Brilliant Property

Everything you need is here, views, location to bike tracks and main Bright, all the little things are looked after. Condiments, wraps n foils and all those things you just donā€™t want to pack make it so easy. The owners booklet is lovely and you truly feel relaxed and at home the second you arrive. Quality linen, furniture & fixtures are amazing. Would love to stay again and again and again. Thank you for having us.

It has everything! We stayed as a family. It is close to the town and all that Bright has to offer. Also close to the snow where we had soooo much fun. We rate this house highly.

Stellar property in Victoriaā€™s best holiday location

We found Cadence to be one of the best presented and certainly the most well equipped property we have stayed at in years, if not ever. The kitchen had literally everything you could ever need (including spare batteries, sticky tape and note pad & pen) as well as high quality appliances & a multitude of general kitchen accessories. Loved the deck and awning - spent hours out there admiring the views & serenity. Beds a bit firm, but not enough to dissuade us from visiting again. Only issue from our perspective was related to our circumstances - the yard is not fenced off for a toddler. Enjoy your stay at Cadence - weā€™ll be back

Comfortable and convenient to town

When we arrived at the property, we had trouble getting the front door open. Called the real estate agent and they couldnā€™t be more friendly and helpful. Had a maintenance man out right away and the lock was fixed. Very comfortable, warm and clean accommodation, which was close to all ammenities, but quite with beautiful views. Would definitely stay againšŸ‘

The property is a fantastic house to getaway with friends. Gorgeous views from the expansive deck, living areas and bedrooms. Lots of room inside and out for entertaining and relaxing. Comprehensive inventory of crockery and glassware for entertaining too. Only one small thing, the beds are VERY firm.

Fantastic Bright getaway

Excellent view of the surrounding hills, quiet with the sounds of nature. Fantastic location, only an 8 minute walk to the main street and close to the rail trail. All the modern conveniences expected in a holiday home, although a bigger BBQ would have been ideal. Would definitely recommend.
