The open plan living & dining space opens onto your covered verandah with setting, overlooking your large grassed backyard. Sit back & relax while the BBQ cooks and the kids play safely in the enclosed space. There is even a lockable shed to store your bikes & toys.

Inside, the electric log fire creates an ambient mood while you enjoy a movie on the large flat screen TV. Reverse cycle heating & cooling will keep you comfortable year round.

Whip up a family feast in the modern, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine or cruise to a nearby cafe, only 5 minutes walk!
3 roomy bedrooms accommodate 8 guests with ease.

The lovely master bedroom with queen bed offers a stylish ensuite, across the hall another queen room makes it easy living for 2 couples. All bedding & linen is provided, as well as ceiling fans & robes.

The 3rd bedroom offers a double bed as well as a single bunk to allow the kids their own space, or a couple of extra adults. This rooms also features robes & a ceiling fan.
The main bathroom features a large shower and luxurious bath while the fully equipped laundry assists with easy living.
